i am unable to map my domain

    Hi
    I am trying to access my domain but unable to see it here. i am getting below error.

    This domain is still active and is not available to map yet. Please try again later or contact support.

    Can you please help me out as my website is down mails are also down due to this but unable to get help from WordPress from last 24 hours. J

    requesting you if my domain is expired add it to my cart and i will renew it because i cant see any option to renew or see it,.

    Please help me …
