  Because “Links” does not display on the dashboard

  If you are logged in as the Admin who registered the blog then there is a Links section in your dashboard that you can access.
  Create a blogroll http://en.support.wordpress.com/blogroll/add-a-blogroll-link/
  Links widget http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/links-widget/

  Thanks for your help.

  However I am not the Admin who registered the blog. My status is only that of an author, if I contact the Admin about my Links problem can he resolve it?
