I am unable to receive the two-factor authentication code via SMS

  On this computer, I still have access to my blog, but not to my account settings. I have tried multiple times to get an authentication code via SMS, but I have not received a single message.

  My riadess.wordpress.com blog was created on January 11, 2015. My site is still private. I have 1 post with a photo of colorful eating utensils, another with just a title, March 11, and a new post I created just now to prove that I still have access to the blog. The post is here:

  The phone number I registered for two-factor authentication is still mine. I am able to receive codes from other websites, but for some reason, I haven’t received any from WordPress.

  Please help me to get back in.

  Hi there,

  I see your account info shows you have printed out your backup codes. Do you still have those? Then you should be able to access the account settings using one of them.

  If you don’t have your backup codes, let me know.
