What account was the domain transferred from? In case of problems – it would help the staff help if the account that transferred the upgrades to you would log into this thread and confirm that they wanted the upgrades, including the billing transferred to your account – please have them be very clear with small words – that will help the staff if part of the transfer was not done correctly

And renew as a gift now – that will not change the ownership but will get rid of the black screen and buy you some time to take care of the final part of the domain name transfer

ok. I am more than peeved at this point.
Not only was the account not transferred as asked by the original owner, but I am locked out of the account, the domain expired yesterday and I can’t use the gift option. Our organization is in jeopardy of losing our site due to support miscommunications. Got any other bright ideas ??!!!

I know this is supposed to be handled via forums and emails, but we now have 6 days left in our grace period before we completely lose the domain name. Is there any way someone could PLEASE PLEASE call me to get this taken care of immediately???
