I am unable to renew my subscription

  Help!!! I tried to renew my subscription and thought that it was going to automatically renew. Now it is down. I also tried repeatedly to buy the premium package, but was told I already had the features.
  What should I do?

  Hi there,
  You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account and the exact same associated email address that registered the blog and purchased the upgrades to access the blog’s dashboard and navigate to > Store > My Upgrades to renew them. http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/

  It looks like the Premium upgrade and domain is in another account and has been renewed for another year.

  Grace, thank you so much. That was my problem. I needed to get the original person to re-subscribe. Is there a way to change the account holder?

  Hi @gracejiyoung – I am the administration of diplocounsel, but I think Tim is also an administrator so not sure what change needs to be made so he can do the upgrades himself? Natasha

  Thank you. You are the current owner of the upgrades. I have emailed the address on your account for verification. Once you reply to that all the upgrades will be transferred asap.
