I am unable to sign in to my domain that I’ve already paid for

    I would simply like to log on to the site that I pay for. I have been talking to the AI and the AI says it will help me and it says it looks like you need to talk to human just write that you want to be connected to a human in the Box and then it goes back and says oh you need to have pay site so go over and try our form I don’t really have one paid site I have two page size so then it says oh you need to talk to a human it looks like so I need you to type in that you want to connect to a human and then when I type that in it says oh you need to go over to our Forum because this service is only for paying customer but I have two sites I’ve already paid for so then it says oh it looks like you need a human to help you so just type in that you would like to be connected with the human and will help you then it says oh we’re sorry you need to have a paid site to have human support so go over to our forum and figure it out and get your answer did it says oh it looks like you need a human just simply type in that you want to be connected to a human and I’ll connect you then when I type that in it says that’s only for our paid sites you need to try the Forum so all right now I’ve been trying to sign in to every single time I take jetpack off my phone because I just got a new phone every single time I do this I can never sign into my account and I spend like 2 months just trying to get a hold of someone that can help me I’ve already sent an email off absolutely unbelievable
