    The person that built our website is no longer available and I am unable to sign in to my wordpress account that is

    The site I need help with is caboots.com/. It is not hosted by WordPress.com or connected with Jetpack. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

    Hi there,

    This site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider (in your case it is GoDaddy). We’re only able to help with sites hosted on our servers at WordPress.com.

    To clarify, we are not the only providers of WordPress sites, and GoDaddy also happens to offer WordPress sites, but they use a different version of the platform than what we use here.
