I am unable to Update my domain/renew my domain

  I want to renew my domain, which expired in April, but the option is not listed anywhere. I tried looking under “My Upgrades.”

  That would be becuase if we fail to renew an domain prior to it’s expiration date it becomes an expired domain. I have flagged this thread for Staff attention.
