I am unable to upgrade my plan

I tried a few times to use my debit card to upgrade my plan – Premium. It keeps declining when I am sure my card is okay. Please help me to check what the exact issue is – how can I troubleshoot this better? :( I am sad

Please bear in mind that when purchasing any plan, you’ll be charged for the whole year – we do not offer monthly payments.
