  I have purchased wordpress them from themmonster and i wanna upload this them on wordpress fram work but i can see that i have to upgrade . there is no menu like add new .

  To upload themes on your WordPress.com site, you will have to get a WordPress.com Business plan. You can see this on the pricing page. https://wordpress.com/pricing/

  Alternatively, self-hosted WordPress (WordPress.org) site might be something you would prefer. You can learn the differences between a self-hosted WordPress (WordPress.org) site and a WordPress.com site here.
