I am unsure whether or not to report mature content

  Dear WordPress users,

  I was wanting to add a few pages detailing facts about certain unpleasant subjects that I tackle in my writing. In particular, the first page will be about decapitation. Another will concern the effect of nuclear weapons.

  Any such page will not contain images of any sort: nor will they contain foul language. The descriptions will be factual, scientific and clinical in nature. I intended to write these pages to allow other authors to write realistically without having to endure the process of researching these topics, which can be quite harrowing in itself.

  Do I have to report my own content? If I do, what happens? I would not want pages to be removed from public view when they are intended to be purely educational.

  Perhaps you could add a Warning at the top of the post, cautioning readers of the graphic material, and not tag it as mature.

  Dear ifmomsaysok,

  I was planning to do that. Maybe I am just oversensitive about not wishing to cause offense to anybody. I’ll go ahead and post the page in the way that you suggest if nobody comes up with any serious objections in the next couple of days.
