I am using the Modularity Lite Theme and I do not have plug ins?

I do not have plug ins I am trying to add Zemanta this is so strange,it works with some browsers and others it does not. Do certain Themes have plug ins?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

All the wordpress.com themes have access to the same set of pre-installed plugins.
Zemanta used to have a relationship with WordPress.com that integrated their tool into the dashboard. That’s no longer the case, but you can use it via a browser extension.

The thing is, Zemanta unfortunately doesn’t work in the WordPress’s default Dashboard anymore, but can be easily re-installed via our browser extension.
It comes with all the features you’re already used to (images, in-text links, related posts & tags) and is really easy to set it up. Just follow the link to our downloads page and install the appropriate extension for your browser.
