  I bought word press forms and I am using word press on my site ground account however it will not allow me to change my site design and when I log on to wordpress .com it says build a site and ask for more money please explain

  Note the difference between this WordPress.com account you’re logged in to and a site over there at Siteground built with the wordpress software (which no doubt has different log in credentials to here).
