  Hi

  I am very tired because i was trying to find plugin uploading option but all in vain and failed..

  please help me what should i do?

  Sorry, but we can not use plugins on WordPress.com.

  You can however create widgets by using code that can be copied and pasted into a text widget, but as !tess said, we can not download widgets and upload them to wordpress.com. These types of widgets are for use with sef hosted wordpress.org blogs.
  There are a number of widgets that be added using the method above. You can find useful widgets using a simple Google search. Hope this is helpful.

  The number of widgets would of course being limited to what the wordpress.com code allows for.

  Blogs on wp.com cannot use some codes. If you try to use scripts, java, frames, etc the code will be stripped from the text widget leaving it non-functional.
