I am working on my website and I keep getting kicked out to an install site

  I’ve been working on updating my site and every 30 minutes when I save, I get kicked out to this page: https://embracingshaktitemple.com/wp-admin/install.php I was clearing my cache and able to get back on, but now I can’t at all. No URL works. HELP!! I am under a deadline… thank you
