I am worried about the quality of WordPress service

I am seriously worried about the quality of the WordPress service. Here are just some issues I have noticed and I have not used WordPress service even that long:
1. Your service is slow. If I compare it to some other free services like Facebook or Wikipedia, it hangs much more often. Now in the case of WordPress it has much more negative impact on the user if the service is hanging, because the blogs the user is writing have usually a lot of meaning. For instance, in the case of Wikipedia, one can always find the information somewhere else. In the case of Facebook, one doesn’t usually take it very seriously, so even if it hangs for a while, it’n not a problem that big. But in the case of WordPress what user is writing there means usually a lot to him. So if he cannot do it NOW, it’s often a big issue. What is the point of writing a blog if one cannot do it?
A couple of times it has happened to me that when I was trying to use WordPress it was impossible because saving a draft took so long. Now because writing is a thing of “flow” and if you cannot work, you sort of lose this “flow”, it is a really big issue. With services like Facebook and Wikipedia you might get angry also if they are not working properly but after all it doesn’t mean that lot – with WordPress it matters much more.
2. At least one time this happened to me: I have worked with computers > 20 years so I know the importance of saving a work often. I usually save a draft after every couple of minutes of work. I was writing a blog entry in an internet cafe. I was saving the draft many times as usually. I didn’t publish it, I left it as a draft. I logged out. I went to my hotel. I get back to my blog and this whole draft had disappeared!
Now I know when you are reading this, you are saying: oh, he made some kind of mistake! But because I was a software engineer when younger, I know these kind of things happen, the programmers are not perfect and the software is not perfect. But you can always make it better. So believe me when I say: I did not do any mistake. I saved the draft as usual, logget out, and went back to my hotel. And the whole draft had disappeared!
3. Just now something totally unacceptable has happened. I have been writing a philosophical blog called As Deep As You Can. It is one of my three blogs. It is my original work, I am not copying it from anywhere else. Also there is no commercial links or anything like that that you are saying is not allowed in your rules.
Just today I noticed you have closed down my blog. There is absolutely no reason to do it.
Now was it some software script that decided to close down my blog? In that case this software script is really poorly written. You have to definitely make it better.
Now was it some real person that decided to close down my blog? Then in that case I must ask the question: what was the reason?
When writing a blog, these kind of things are totally unacceptable. As I said before, if you cannot write, you lose the “flow” of writing. These things that I am writing are the most important things in my life. I cannot wait until tomorrow if I want to say something today.
Now maybe my expectations for WordPress are too high, maybe it is not meant at all for serious writing. I still hope I am wrong but this last incident definitely made me think that WordPress is just another of those “cool” services that actually doesn’t work.
I hope you are not offended because of my feedback, I hope you can take it seriously and think if there is something that could be done in a better way.

WordPress.COM policy is not to discuss TOS violations in the Forum and us unpaid volunteer helpers can’t return your site anyway. You might also review the following links for more information on what might have happened. Mistakes are sometimes made but you need to talk with the TOS people.
