    I honestly do not know how i ended up signed up for this website when i am writing my book and working on my spotify podcast. My last Podcast is based on PTSD and how to help our soldiers losing this battle against ptsd. 22 Soldiers die every day.

    Hi,

    I believe the more you understand the easier it will become. Start slow and build up your knowledge, when you’re ready, take the plunge and start making some changes to your website.
