I am yet to receive my refund

It’s over 10 working days since I requested a refund. I got a cancellation confirmation email. However, I am yet to get my money back.

Hi there,
You will be refunded to the same payment method you used for your purchase. After processing, refunds usually take about five to ten business days to appear on your statement. For credit card refunds, it could take up to 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to show up. International refunds can take even longer to reach you. Your financial institution is going to be able to tell you when to expect the refund and how it will be listed on your statement.

Hi @msnairadiaries, I noticed your refund was requested just a few minutes after your purchase. In cases like that, sometimes it won’t show up as a refund because the entire charge was simply cancelled before it was finalized. Sometimes your bank will deal with this by removing the charge altogether. Can you confirm with your bank?
