last saturday I contact happy engineer to remove my purchase, Andrea B answered me and cancelled my order. But up to now no changes: no email received with refound

Hi there,
I can confirm we processed your refund on 7 January, so 4 days ago. However, it can take up to 10 business days before you will receive the refund. This is because banks take a while to process it. We do not control that.

If you haven’t received your refund in 10 business days, please contact your bank and provide them the reference number in the receipt so they can follow up on it.
