    I’ve removed the transaction ID you shared here as these forums are a public place — please don’t share any more transaction details here.

    I see you disputed an auto renewal payment (through the account kryptogasm) and PayPal has issued a chargeback against us. Chargebacks are a tool for fraud prevention:

    Chargebacks and Disputes

    When a chargeback is issued, all upgrades on your account are removed and your site is locked until you pay a chargeback fee or cancel the chargeback. Once the fee is paid or the chargeback has been cancelled, your account returns to normal.

    If the dispute was made in error please try to cancel it through the PayPal Resolution Centre. Until it is cancelled, we cannot issue a refund from our side as the payment is locked.

    Let me know when you have cancelled the dispute and I check whether that has been reflected on our system.

    I have canceled the PayPal investigation. I. raised this because I. wrote. to word press last year and explained we made a mistake and wanted I tc canceled but I was charged anyway.
    Please refund my money and close my account. I. am using a different account form work

    Thank you for cancelling the dispute. It has already come through on our end, so I was able to refund your payment. You should receive the full refund in about 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.

    Please note this will also delete all sites your account owns, so if you want to keep using the same site/address, only via a different account, you can first transfer ownership of the site to another account as explained here:
