    To check, did you ask Wix themselves to facilitate this? If yes, you may wish to check on the processes involved there.

    As far as I know, they don’t facilitate transfers to third parties.

    Changing providers is quite a process, out of curiosity, what’s attracted you to WordPress.com? I’m wondering if there’s any advice I can give or anything that can be done to make the transition as smooth as possible!
