    Hi there, you should be able to see the cancellation in your Manage Purchases dashboard as long as you are logged in with the account that made the purchase.

    Refunds in general can take 7-10 business days and may take longer for international refunds if you are located outside the US. If you paid by credit card it may take between 1-2 cycles for the refund to appear. There’s also a possibility that if you cancelled soon after making the purchase that your bank simply voided the transaction.     If you don’t see a refund after the time periods mentioned above, please let us know.

    I don’t see any purchases ever made to the account you’re using to contact us. Can you please check if you have another WordPress.com account that made that purchase? Also, you can use the following tool to determine if the purchase is WordPress.com related or not:
