  I already upgraded to personal plan but is not viable on my site old kindly check and get back to me bcoz I don’t understand I already paid $48 dollars for one year

  Looks like you purchased the Personal plan with another account other than the one you’re using to post to this thread.

  Can you please try and find the transaction ID associated with your purchase so I can help you recover access to the account that owns the plan and even transfer the plan to your current account.
