I believe this is a WordPress mistake. Please address ASAP.

I canceled a domain I have used for only one year on a blog I’ve had for four years. I kept active my original domain and I changed it back to the primary domain BEFORE I cancelled the one I no longer wanted. Both were purchased through WordPress. Now I cannot access my blog (nor can anyone else!) as you have it cut off from access with a message that tells me I must renew the domain I cancelled. When I click to let you know I don’t want it, the message says it was not purchased through WordPress (it most certainly WAS) and to contact support. I would like my bog reactivated, using my original domain –the one I have listed as primary — immediately. And I would also like my current domain extended for the 46 days you have apparently cut off access to my blog through your error. Please respond asap. The correct domain (that has been active for over 3 years and is listed as primary is http://www.innerteacher.net. The domain I only had for one year and have cancelled (before it’s renewal was due) was http://www.ourfriendssacredcounsel.com and expired 46 days ago.

Hi Stephanie,
I’m very sorry for the trouble with this. It looks like the cancellation for ourfriendssacredcounsel.com didn’t go through correctly, so it was still linked to your site.
I removed ourfriendssacredcounsel.com from your site, so you can now access it at the active domain here: http://innerteacher.net/
I also renewed your domain innerteacher.net for an extra year — that’s a free year on us for the glitch that made your site inaccessible. Again, my apologies for the trouble and please let me know if I can do anything more to help.
