Hi there,
Your account does not own any upgrades. What is the domain you bought, please? If you bought it using a different username you need to be logged in as that username to access it.

You registered that domain along with a Premium Plan on 10 July 2015, and according to your account logs you then cancelled both again on 22 July 2015. There has been no transactions on your account since then.
mamicaactiva.com is currently not registered anywhere, as it’s showing as available on wordpress.com/domains/add, as well as at several other registrars.
When did you try to register this domain?

I saw this too but I don’t understand how the purchase was not registered. The transaction was made on 2 December, I can send it to you by e-mail.

What is the name that appears on the card? I don’t see any transactions in our system for that date for a card registered to your name.
Are you sure you bought it via WordPress.com and not perhaps via a different site?
