I bought a Domain, plus paid for a premium account. Not showing premium on acc

  Hi,

  On the 1st March i purchased a domain name, along with paying for the premium account plan.

  Since, when logged into my wordpress account it doesn’t show the domain nor that i paid for the premium plan. Despite having a receipt, it showing on my card and the help@wordpress.com confirming the purchase. I have tried to follow the instructions from the helpdesk, but given my domain isn’t showing in wordpress i cannot follow them. The chat AI bot says i need to speak to a human, but only paying customers can speak to come – which i have !!

  Im extremely frustrated and not greatly impressed, given its my first time using the provider.

  Please help.

  I’ve sent you an email to help get this sorted. It looks like you have multiple WordPress.com accounts, which explains why you don’t see the domain in your Site list.
