I bought a Domain with wordrpess, but It doesnt Works

  I bought a Domain with wordpress dulceplatica.com, but it doesn´t works. I says the domain needs to be renew in 2016. When I search for my domain in whois it says no one has bought it. Is this normal?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You added the domain mapping upgrade for dulceplatica.com here at WordPress.com, but you did not buy/register the domain with us. If you only purchase domain mapping for a WordPress.com site, this assumes that you already own the domain and it is hosted on another server. However, that domain hasn’t been registered anywhere.

  If you want to use that domain name, you’ll need to register it.
