How should I proceed once I made the purchase of Woocommerce with a wrong and nonexistent email. I am not able to unify the account or contact via support because the site is not hosted on wordpress.com.

You log into WooCommerce.com using a WordPress.com username account.
If you used the wrong email on your WordPress.com account, go to https://wordpress.com/me/account/ and update the email address. That will send a new verification email to the correct address. Once you verify that, you should be able to open a WooCommerce.com support ticket at https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/
