  How can i upload a theme that i purchase already? on my wordpress

  Hi there!

  Did you purchase a Premium Theme through WordPress.com? If so, it should already be available in your admin dashboard. No need to upload. More info here:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/premium-themes/

  But it sounds like you may have purchased a 3rd party theme outside of WordPress.com. If so, then it was (most likely) designed to be used on a self-hosted site that runs the WordPress.org version of WordPress.

  You would not be able to upload and use this theme on your WordPress.com blog.
