I bought a theme already – how do I use it with wordpress?

I bought a theme from another site – themify – it is called Rezo and want to bring it over. I paid for it too already. 62626 is the reference number
what do I do?

On WordPress.com you would usually use one of the available themes from this section: http://theme.wordpress.com
To use custom or third-party themes you would need to be using the self hosted version of WordPress (See http://wordpress.org/support for more information.)

So, if you want to stay at WordPress.com and you bought the theme from somewhere OTHER than Wp.com, you need to get your money back. If you want to use the theme no matter what and you bought it from a third party, you need to buy hosting, install software from WordPress.ORG, buy a domain name, and start with a Wp.org blog.
