I bought a theme and it was installed on another site

    Hi, I recently bought a theme for site, the theme i bought was hiive, but I didn’t check the site it was going to be set in. There are two sites a new one that has the theme i bought and another one with the information that I need. So the theme that I bought is not available on the site that I’m going to use. How can I change from one site to another the theme that I need, is there a way to download the theme or uninstall it from one site so can I use it in the main one?

    I was able to locate the Hive theme -not hiive as you mention- over here:

    It appears that PixelGrade are providing support for it, and they can be reached here:
    https://wordpress.com/theme/hive/support

    They should be able to help you further with installing it on the website you need.

    Hi there,

    Can you tell me the URL of the correct site on which you want to use that theme? Then I can move it for you.


    @anastas10s    , the premium theme forums can only provide support with issues regarding setup and use of the theme. The theme authors in that forum are not WordPress.com employees, and cannot make changes to the upgrades on a user’s account.

    If a question involves changes to a paid upgrade, staff are the only people who can help, so please tag the thread for us in that case.

    I’ve also removed the .org tag on this thread, as this issue is not regarding a self-hosted site.
