I bought a theme and now I can’t figure out how to install it and get started.

What is the URL of the site you are referring to?
I do not see any sites connected to the account you are contacting us from. Is it a WordPress.com hosted site? Custom themes only be uploaded on WordPress.com if you have the Business Plan Upgrade:
https://wordpress.com/business/
They are usually used for WordPress.org installs which run on different software.
