  I bought the theme Vega and downloaded it. How do I load it into my WordPress?

  You don’t

  No third party themes are allowed on WordPress.COM – security, performance and reliability issues

  ask for your money back – you have made a common error

  you have no FTP access here either

  If you need that theme – you will need to get your own host and install the WordPress.ORG software
