I bought a theme that uses an old wordpress version

  Hello, I got this theme https://themeforest.net/item/dreamvilla-real-estate-wordpress-theme/14438889 but it says it uses an old wordpress version 4.4.1. But the latest wordpress version is 4.7.

  When I try opening the theme on this version, it messes up, the whole structure of it appears distorted.

  is there a way or a plugin that may allow me to use a theme with an old wordpress version on the latest 4.7? Or my only way is to downgrade my wordpress version to make it work? :( Thanks

  Sorry but you are in the wrong place. These forums are only for blogs/sites hosted by WordPress.com

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and different http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  And you should ask in the WordPress.org forums.
  http://wordpress.org/support/

  If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums, you’ll need to register one there.
