I bought a WordPress theme from ThemeForest, how do i get my website going?

  Hi,

  I recently purchased a WordPress theme from themeforest.com.

  I have also bought a domain name and hosting.

  I don’t know what to do now and how to go about putting it all together or even where to start. I need to get my website up and running because i have handed out business cards with the link on it but still haven’t figured out how to set up my website.

  Please help!
