    I cancelled and remove a year plan but now I can’t speak to human to get a refund… help

    Before I address the main issue, I want to express my dissatisfaction with your setup. It’s misleading, as the option to pay monthly isn’t clearly visible. I only found it after spending quite some time navigating the site. As a result, instead of being billed $59.00, I was charged $447.39. The transaction occurred on March 22 and was debited from my account, yet today is March 27 and I still have not received a refund.
