  I purchased 2 domains through you & would like to find out how I can access ashleycariseo.com

  @queenofmiami – As @staartmees indicated, the domain was purchased elsewhere.

  In 2016 you had that domain mapped to your ashleycariseodotcom.wordpress.com site here at WordPress.com, but not in the past few years.

  You should be able to use the domain here at WordPress.com by upgrading to a WordPress.com plan on your site (Personal, Premium Business plan, or eCommerce.) then add domain mapping to use your domain here.
