I bought FULL FRAME. Photos are displayed full frame.

I bought a premium theme, called FULL FRAME, but the photos I upload are NOT showing as full frame. How do I do this?

Hi there!
Have you followed the initial setup steps in setting up your theme as outlined here?
http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/full-frame/support/In addition, as a premium themes customer, you do have access to an exclusive forum where you can get help from the theme authors themselves. Here’s a link to the forum for the Full Frame theme:
http://premium-themes.forums.wordpress.com/forum/full-frameAs they are the ones who created the theme, they will be the ones best able to help with your setup.
I hope that helps! Let me know if you have any questions.

sorry but this didn’t help=
yes, I watched the video (tutorial) and set the correct settings- nothing. Still small photos. I am furious that Word press has turned out to be so difficult and glichy.
The promo for FULL FRAME is beautiful….. all I wanted, simple.
My menu is alphabetized which doesn’t work at all aesthetically. Can that be altered?
Pictures are too small.
and it says that my “page cannot be found”
the link to the premium forum doesn’t seem to go anywhere useful, certainly not to the authors.Miserable.

The forum link for the Full Frame theme looks like our regular support forums, but the theme author answers all questions posted to that forum – their username is “maharzan” – and they’re very prompt in responding to their customer’s questions. They want you to be happy with their theme! :)
This theme relies heavily on Featured Images. The Featured Image will become the background image of the post on the Home and Archive pages. On single entry pages, the Featured Image will be set behind the title, which sits above the actual post content. If your post is missing a Featured Image, the default background image will be shown, which is why your post titled “ESSEX-CARD4711.JPG” does not have a full frame image, but your post “living an ordinary life, in an extraordinary way……” does have a featured image set, so it displays full width in the browser.
To choose the image you want to set as a featured image for this post and click the *Set as Featured Image* button. For best results use images that are at least 960 pixels wide. I noticed that the images you’ve uploaded already are bigger than that minimum requirement, so you’re good there.
I’m also not seeing small photos on your page or any “page not found” errors – if you’re still having these problems, please take some screenshots and upload them to your site’s media gallery and let me know what pages you’re seeing these errors on. This page has some helpful tips for taking screenshots:

You can change the order of your menu by using a Custom Menu:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/There’s a great video on that page that explains the different options and how to activate your new menu. Using a Custom Menu, you can choose the exact order and content of your menu instead of using the default alphabetical order.
Let me know if you have any questions!
