I bought Premium plan with an own domain to be asigned but I want to change it

  Hello. So I’ve just bought the Premium plan+ a own domain to be asigned to WordPress. The problem is that I no longer want to asign it but rather transfer it to WordPress. When I click “Transfer a site you own” and type my site arriendosyservic***.cl a dialog box appears with “Site already connected to WordPress”. The big problem is that it IS connected but is connected “pending to asing it” and I want to transfer it.

  Hi @arriendosyservicios, I noticed the domain isn’t pointing here yet, so if you’d like you can simply delete the mapping and then transfer it in. Do you need help with that?

  Click on the upgrade from the center of the screen. A new box will open, scroll to the bottom of that view. There’s a trash bin icon and remove link. Use that option to delete the mapping.
