  i bought the domain cristinafalcon.com through wordpress and started to build the blog, but for some reason when I look at the the blog the web address is https://cristinafalcondotcom.wordpress.com. and when I type cristinafalcon.com it gives me a ‘page not found’ message.
  Please if you can help…

  Hello!

  Could you please check whether you’ve made cristinafalcon.com your primary domain?

  You can check this by going into WP Admin of the site and navigating to Store > My Domains. If cristinafalcondotcom.wordpress.com is still set to be the primary domain, just update primary domain to cristinafalcon.com and that should resolve the problem.

  I followed your instructions and went into the ‘my domains’ section and found there only the domain of cristinafalcondotcom.wordpress.com
  when I wanted to update a new domain I got the following error message (since yesterday(:

  Domain registration is unavailable
  We’re hard at work on the issue. Please check back shortly.

  It looks like your domain registration never went through, as that domain is still showing as available to register for me, and I was able to add it from the domains screen on my site. (Don’t worry, I didn’t register it, but just checked if it was available.)

  If you’re still seeing that error on the Domains page, can you please try clearing your browser cache and cookies and then try adding the domain again?

  Let me know if it still won’t work.
