I bought the theme but it isn't on my blog

I bouught the Gema theme but it isn’t on the worldonsastring.net blog. It shows up on the worldonastringnet.wordpress.com. I’m not sure how to get it to transfer to the blog website. Please help. Thanks!

Premium themes purchased on WordPressdotcom are licensed for the life of your site on WordPressdotcom. The theme can’t be transferred for use on a self-hosted site. https://en.support.wordpress.com/premium-themes/
Since the site at worldonastring.net/ isn’t hosted here, you’ll want to request a refund from your My Purchases page https://wordpress.com/me/purchases
