i bought this new domain with namecheap

  i have the same email adress in wordpress and namecheap.
  for log in to my wordpress with safetymas .i have a problem.
  how to fix the problem?

  The site I need help with is safetymas.com. It is not hosted by WordPress.com or connected with Jetpack. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

  Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider. Your WordPress.com account that you’re using to post here has no connection at all to your admin user account you use to log into your site.

  Please contact support at Namecheap, your hosting provider, directly for help with this.
