I bought two domains but they are not working, what can I do? PLZ HELP ME!

    Hi everybody,

    I bought 2 domains and checked that were charged to the credit card (1 in my own card and 1 in the card of my brother) . However , I got the message that the domains do not exist!

    I tried to access by registered mail and there are not registers and when I search for my domains in WordPress I can see that they were registered! I also have 2 other personal emails which tried to enter and doesnt work too. I’m too desperate!

    Can someone help me? What happened?

    Yet I have not received the payment vouchers from wordpress , as always happens in this case. I had bought 2 other domains in the past and everything was fine , but now I’m in a trouble .

    I have a project needing to start urgently . The website is a resource for disaster fundraising project. So, I really cant spend too much time is this subject. AEverything is ready and right now I need the domains!

    Please I never had problems with WordPress, but now I’m without suport…Please, can someone contact me?
