    @pesapes

    The theme you purchased, Ubud, is associated with elsasc.wordpress.com, not elsasantosdotnet1.wordpress.com, which you’re using with elsasantos.net.

    Do you want to use the Ubud theme with elsasantos.net?

    If so, I will refund your purchase and you can re-purchase the theme for the correct site.

    Once you confirm how you’d like to proceed, I will get started processing your transaction :-)

    I have two blogs I want to use Ubud in. A couple of weeks ago I applied Ubud theme to my second blog, I was told I could do this by customer support , who linked the Ubud theme t my other site.
    Now suddenly, and without telling me somebody decides that I cannot do this and hijacks my site’s theme to another theme.
    I would like to know who did this without asking me.
    I am not happy about me now having to purchase Ubud twice.
    In fact I don’t mind to purchase it twice but the fact this situation has been handled so poorly now makes me want to use another theme s i don’t think I want to use Ubud anymore, thanks

    @pesapes

    A Premium Theme purchase at WordPress.com is a per site Upgrade. If you’d like to use Ubud on an additional site, you will need to purchase it for that site.

    When you purchase a premium theme, it is available for the lifetime of that blog. If you would like to use the same theme across multiple blogs, you’ll have to purchase the theme for each blog.

    If you no longer want Ubud, let me know. I will remove it from your site and refund the associated charge.

    I would like to know why somebody removed the theme on my site without asking me. I lost all my menu pages.
    Can you explain this?
    If I was using the same theme on my two sites for two weeks and nobody clarified that I could only use it on one site, why wasn’t I notified before you took the drastic measure to remove the theme (and this was negative for my site traffic as I lost my navigation menus)?
    This makes me think that anybody at WordPress can go into my site and modify it without my permission- and worse! that i wasn’t even notified that you had made the change!

    Is there a complaint page?

    Hi there!

    We didn’t remove the Ubud theme from your site. It’s still active here:

    https://elsasc.wordpress.com/

    However, you can only use a purchased theme on one site. If you want to use it on two sites, you need to purchase it twice. Paul offered to refund your theme purchase because you mentioned that you may not want it anymore.

    Does that clarify things?
