I bought Video Press but I can't upload .mov or .m4v formatted video files.

  I can’t upload m4v video files even though I bought the Video press upgrade. Help, please?

  Hi there!

  It looks like you bought two Value Bundles back in January. You cancelled one bundle on your slouchingtowardtexas.wordpress.com site, but you deleted the other WordPress.com site.

  Since the other bundle was attached to the deleted site, I transferred the bundle to your slouchingtowardtexas.wordpress.com site for you. You should be able to upload videos now!
