  I broke my wp-config file and I do not have ftp access. How do I access my cpanel for my hosting?

  This support forum is for blogs hosted at WordPress.com and users here don’t have any sort of access to files.

  You have a self-hosted install of the WordPress software, for which you may contact your web hosting provider, or the WordPress.ORG support forums.

  For access to cPanel, I’d say your hosting provider would be able to give you the required credentials.
