I can´t renew my domain, movementandcoaching.com,

  Hello, I have recived this email:

  The domain upgrade on your blog ‘READY, STEADY, GO…’ has expired yesterday on March 8, 2016. Your blog is no longer available on the domain ‘movementandcoaching.com’.

  When I tried to renew my domain in, Manage Purchase page, the page is disable and i can´t do it nothing. I don´t know how to continued to renew my domain.
  In try to do movementandcoaching.com, my domain as a new domain and it not possible, the domain is in use.
  I don´t know where de problem is???

  Hi –
  You can only renew the upgrade from the account that originally made the purchase. Make sure that you are logged into the correct account. If you are logged in correctly, you will renew from your Manage Purchases page. https://wordpress.com/purchases
