I can´t see the images I posted and carrousel is not working

I bought yesterday the Theme On Demand, and I can´t see properly the pictures or vídeos that I posted, and the carrousel is not working.

I was needing to solve that problem since yesterday and it was really difficult to find a way, so I finally decided to cancel it. Right now you can see the pictures and videos on the new Theme I have, but with the Theme On Demand I could only see color lines in the posts under the Carrusel, and the Carrusel had no images or posts. Do you know what could be the problem it had?
I´m going out of the Theme On Demand right now, but in a future moment I could come to buy it again, only if I know how to solve this issue.

In order for an image to be displayed with the On Demand theme, the post needs to have a featured image set. You can read more about featured images here:
If a featured image is not set for a post, the colored lines appear. If you have featured images set for your posts when you enable the theme, you should be all set!
