I can access my WordPress site using my cellular data but not my internet.
-
I can’t access my WordPress site at all (to login or even view) unless I’m using the cellular data on my phone. I’ve tried the internet at my home and at work (both have great speeds) and it just won’t load. I contacted my hosting service and they made sure that my IP addresses were not on the blacklist for the site and confirmed that this is not a problem on their end. What do I do?

I can only view on my phone. If I try view anything on the dashboard then it kicks me out and I am no longer able to view the site or login. (this is using cellular data)

Hi @jessieleigh013,
seems You are using WordPress for self hosted site? Please give an address to check.
p.s. Do other devices open your website normally? -
-
well, I see it is self hosted website, hosted on Digital Ocean.
Am sorry, but are unable to help here because this support forum is for wordpress.com users, while You are using WordPress only as a content management system.
I suggest You to search for answers at Your host provider and maybe on wp.org support forums..Good luck!

I am a wordpress.com user? My hosting service said that this is not an error with their service and suggested that I contact WordPress.

Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so we can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. You can read more about the differences between WordPress.org software and WordPress.com here:
As @maksimurasov mentioned, you can look for help at the community forums here: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
http://wordpress.org/support/ is also a great resource for sites using the open-source WordPress.org software.
