I can access to my website on my phone network but i can not access it on my mac

  Hello everyone,

  I need your help with this website.

  This is my client’s website. I started renewing this website by installing Elementor and other related plugins to it. It had tons of active or inactive plugins.

  When I was working on the home page with one of the Envato home page templates it started giving errors. (This is the time I realized the problem)

  I can not access the website on my iMac, MacBook, or Windows laptop on any browser. It keeps giving this error to me :

  “This site can’t be reached

  fitpainting.com took too long to respond.

  Try:

  • Checking the connection
  • Checking the proxy and the firewall

  ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT”

  However, I am able to access the website on my phone network on any browser.

  My internet connection is high-speed. I did the reset on my wifi. I also tried all the options below:

  Also, I deactivated all the plugins from the phone of the website and I changed the theme to Twenty Twenty-two.

  But nothing works!!!

  I do not know what to do!

  I am thinking it is an issue with the hosting of the website but the client does not know the login details :((

  Can you please help? What could be the problem?

  I found the issue. The problem was with the template I was using. This is causing the problem on the website. When I insert it to the website it causes this.

  I’m happy to hear you found the issue. By template, it sounds like you may mean theme? If that is a theme you want to use, you may consider reaching out to the developer of that theme for help.

  Based on the error ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT and that you mentioned you’re “able to access the website on my phone network on any browser.”, it sounds like there may also be either DNS issues or something on your network blocking connections. You may need to contact your ISP to make sure nothing is being blocked that would affect site access.

  Also, the site fitpainting.com is not hosted with WordPress.com so we can only provide limited support here but would love to host your site with us and hope you might consider us in the future.
